Free Shipping Across Pakistan:
We offer free shipping on all orders within Pakistan.

Order Processing:

  • Orders received on Sundays and national holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery Time:

  • Standard delivery time is 4 to 5 working days. However, during peak shopping seasons or major sales events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
  • Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays.
  • For remote areas, delivery may take an additional 1-2 working days.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order in real-time on our courier partner’s website.

Order Cancellation and Non-Delivery:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as the order might have already been processed.

High-Value Orders:

  • For orders exceeding 15,000, a 10% advance payment is required.
  • For security reasons, high-value orders may require additional verification, which could affect delivery timelines.

Address Changes:

  • If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order is processed.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • In case a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
